We manage the technology. You run the business.

Built to a fixed price. Kept running after launch.

Running a business now means owning a pile of technology: a website, a payment provider, a CRM, a domain, an email tenant, a dozen logins. It has to be built, connected, and then maintained by someone. Peak View does all three, and sends you one page a month showing what it produced.

What we build

Four areas, one team

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed capped price before work starts, built in weekly steps you sign off on, and handed over in accounts that stay in your name.

Websites and online stores

  • Business websites, on a site builder or custom built
  • Online stores with payments, bookings, and customer sign-in
  • SEO and local search positioning
  • Branding and marketing collateral

AI agents and automation

  • Chat agents on your website or WhatsApp
  • Workflow automation between the systems you already run
  • API integration between platforms and business systems
  • Customer messaging: confirmations, reminders and notifications by text and email

Business systems

  • CRM setup and integration, wired to the rest of your stack
  • Help desk and ticketing inside the automation stack
  • Security hygiene: two-factor, password managers, backup audits
  • Reporting dashboards putting website, sales and CRM data in one view

Manufacturing and sourcing

  • India sourcing and supply-chain brokering for overseas buyers
  • Product catalog digitization and B2B lead generation
  • IoT and predictive maintenance, including app control and VFD automation

After launch

Every build we ship, we also run

Technology fails quietly. A certificate expires, a plugin stops updating, a contact form stops sending and nobody notices for a month. Managed Care is the standing arrangement that catches those before your customers do.

It stays up

Managed hosting, security patching within seven days of an advisory, daily backups with 30-day retention and a quarterly restore test, and uptime monitoring every five minutes.

It stays current

Domain, DNS and email authentication records maintained, renewals tracked before they lapse, and your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administered.

Someone answers

A support desk with a ticket number and a next-business-day acknowledgement. Break-fix is included, so restoring what worked before is never a separate invoice.

You see the numbers

One page a month: what was built, how it is performing, and what we recommend next. Leads, orders and uptime tracked in analytics you can open any time.

How we work

First deliverable within two weeks of signing

Then one every week until launch. The price is fixed and capped before any work begins, and scope added later is estimated and approved in writing first.

1

Understand

A discovery call. We restate your problem in plain words and agree what success looks like before anyone talks about tools.

2

Design

Architecture, diagrams and documentation, so you can see what gets built before it gets built.

3

Propose

A short proposal: scope, fixed price, weekly timeline, and what we need from you.

4

Build

A visible deliverable every week, and one sign-off per milestone.

5

Support

We host it, watch it, fix it, and report on how it is performing every month.

What you get in writing

The terms are settled before the work starts

A fixed, capped price

Estimated hours times your rate, quoted and capped before we begin. Anything added later is estimated and approved in writing first.

Accounts in your name

Domain, hosting, payment, messaging and analytics accounts are opened under your business. If you ever leave, you keep all of it.

One point of contact

Hosting, domain, email, CRM and the site itself, handled by the same person who built them and knows how they connect.

Documented, not improvised

Architecture diagrams, a credentials inventory and a handoff walkthrough, so anyone who comes after us can pick it up.

Start a project

Tell us the problem

We will tell you what we would build, what we would not, and what it costs. Discovery calls are free and take about 30 minutes.

We reply within one business day. If you would rather email directly, write to kunal@peakviewdevelopers.com.
